Why am I still running?

I was thinking about this last night.

I originally started running for two reasons,

1. To help control my blood pressure and cholesterol
2. Give me something to aim for

Well reason one has been achieved and so has reason two to a degree, I have run lots of half marathons and one full marathon so ambition achieved. I have experienced the feeling of completing the challenge of 26.2 miles and it is amazing. Unless you have experienced it yourself it is impossible to describe.

But do I want to do it again?

What will I do if I don’t run?

I feel as though I have been there, done that!

Or am I just pissed off with everything?

Perhaps I need to join a running club, rediscover my mojo!
