Catchy title!
Packed my running kit & my gym kit for tonight the plan is to go to running club, run six miles then go to the gym to do some weights then steam room and shower!
Two weeks on Sunday till the Kilomathon should be ok, not quick but ok! Just hope the weather is ok!
Hopefully next time I post I might have something interesting to talk about, bye bye.
