BBBRRRRR!!!!!

Wow, was it cold and wet last night!

Determined to do a long run off I set. To start with it was not raining but that did not last long but I did ten miles and felt good when I got home. No niggles so I am feeling pretty confident about Retford which I repeat is not about hours and minutes but about time on my feet.

Busy tonight so I don't think I am going to get out.
