Just under 47 minutes!

Felt tired all the way round and it was hot don't know what was up it was a decent route but just did not feel right.

Oh well try again next week, it's the Rampton 10k.

Getting ready

Had my porridge, printed off the route just got to get my kit sorted and then it is off to Woodhall Spa.

Bit cooler today, not expecting a decent time though legs still tired.

White Peak Marathon 21/05/11 Race Report

Really enjoyed it! My second marathon and it was pretty good the first 22 miles are a steady uphill with three quite severe downhills in the last 4 miles. The downhills really hurt!

Felt really good and was very pleased with my time though I have now got to do another one to get under four hours.

So I might do Nottingham.

Next race is Sunday the 5th of June the Woodhall Spa 10k which is flat and chip timed which is good as it was quite cheap.

So a new Marathon personal best of 4:01.43 well chuffed.
