Bit of a slow week!

Did ten miles Monday and about another fifteen in three visits to the gym. So this week just taking it steady until Sunday, no alcohol and plenty of carbs.

Finding it difficult to become motivated to do anything at the moment.


But my running top is all ready trying it's best to get me in the mood!

ps I am sooooo bored so just been out for a 6.3 miler not bad a bit chilly had my track pants and gloves on! not quite hat time.
