Just about to watch the World Cup don't really care who wins just want a good game.
Don't feel very well today got a touch of sunstroke and I am very burnt! Really really stupid. So have not been able to run though I did manage to do my press ups this afternoon.
Hopefully will feel better tomorrow and get on with my training again.
