The Trans Pennine Challenge Machester to Sheffield! I want to do it in less than 24 hours! Oh and I am doing it for 'Help for Heroes' Training starts 2nd of January. cheers

Running a 10k two days after a rather late and alcohol fuelled night is not a good idea! My slowest one yet 56m plus!! Oh and I am unfit time to get cracking again.

Couldn't be bothered until...

...my brother entered both of us in the Edwinstowe 10k! Training again, out tonight for a steady 4.5m. cheers

In other news!

I did not get a ballot place for the 2013 London marathon :(

and hurt it did!

Enjoyed it though! 2hrs 13mins I'm happy with that.
